Products weighing up to 30 kg are shipped by parcel service.
Products weighing 31 kg or more are shipped by reliable forwarding agents.
Please check the goods for damage immediately after delivery so that a complaint can be made.
Delivery time
Our delivery time for goods in stock is 1-3 working days if delivery is free kerbside.
Delivery for goods with a contract is approx. 2 weeks.
If a product is not in stock and must be ordered, delivery takes approx. 6-8 weeks.

If delivery is free kerbside, this means that the item is delivered at ground level to the first locked door or the first obstacle.
The safe or gun cabinet must therefore be brought to the place of use & securely installed by the customer.
Delivery free kerbside is completely free of charge for every product in Austria.
Note: For heavy items, please make sure that it is technically possible for you to transport the safe to the place of use yourself.

Wall safes are only delivered free kerbside – there is no other delivery option to choose from.
For products weighing 5 kg or more, we offer you the option of contract delivery to the installation site of your choice.
A contract means the transportation, starting with the unloading from the truck, until it reaches the place of use.
The prerequisite is an optimal transport route, such as sufficient floor and staircase load-bearing capacity, door, staircase and elevator dimensions.
Additional costs incurred due to the provision of incomplete or incorrect information will be invoiced.
No contractual work will be carried out without a completed transport questionnaire.
This shipping method is possible for safes weighing up to 349 kg.

G. Senft Ges.m.b.H. offers all customers a 14-day right of withdrawal for orders placed via the online store.
Orders can be returned within this period at your own expense.

Packaging:
We request that you use the original box.
If you are no longer in possession of the original box, please ensure that the packaging is sufficiently sturdy to prevent damage during transportation.
Shipping:
Hand over the parcel to a shipping service provider of your choice.
Refund:
After your shipment has arrived at our warehouse, the purchase price and any shipping or delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) will be refunded to you within 14 days.

Your order will usually be dispatched to you within 6 – 8 weeks within Austria.
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 5 euros for this service.
If you wish to make use of your statutory right of withdrawal, you can return non-personalized items to us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
The costs for the return shipment are at your expense.
We would like to point out that due to the individual character of our personalized products, an exchange or return is unfortunately not possible.
